Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble consists of sophomores, juniors and seniors by invitation of the directors through an audition process.  The Wind Ensemble incorporates the same elements as the Concert Band and Freshman Band, but at a more advanced level. The Hillsborough High School Wind Ensemble is Nationally Recognized and has performed at The National Concert Band Festival in Indianapolis, Indiana & at Carnegie Hall in New York City.  In addition to these monumental performances, the Wind Ensemble has been invited multiple times to perform on the State Level at the New Jersey’s Music Educators Association Conference, which we last performed at in 2016. The Wind Ensemble has also been accepted in year’s past to perform at the NJ State Gala, Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts Mid-Atlantic Honors Wind Band Festival, and Music for All’s Mid-Atlantic Wind Band Invitational.
